Lockdown No. 2, here we go!
Don’t worry, we’ll still provide our homemade pasta, sauces, and deli product to you!
We deliver our fresh handmade pasta with both Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
You can order dry pasta to cook at home or our pasta cooked with our fresh sauces ready to eat.
In addition, we also added the possibility to order and get delivered to your house all the products in our Bottega. That includes:
Homemade Bread (from Noi Quattro Pizzeria), Handmade Vegan Cheeses, Parmigiano, Pecorino cheese, Mortadella, Parma Ham, Buffalo Mozzarella, Flour “00”, Rice Flour, Semola Flour, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, etc.
Our homemade desserts are available as well as pasta kits (which include 2 portions of pasta, 2 portions of sauce, toppings and the instruction on how to cook it!
If you prefer you can also order by phone and collect it yourself. We’ve just moved across the road at NOI QUATTRO PIZZERIA.

IND out how to eat like a real northerner – an Italian northerner – with a very special limited-edition menu devised to be served for one week only at The Pasta Factory. One of just six restaurants from around the UK invited to take part in a special challenge by the premium Italian beer Menabrea Birra, it’s all about cooking the Piedmont way.
The group of friends behind The Pasta Factory story originally hail from Turin, Piedmont (or Torino, Piemonte, if you prefer) and the recipes they are serving from Tuesday 29 October to Sunday 3 November are typical of the region in northern Italy: ‘ingrained in our DNA,’ they say. The traditional dishes include Vitello Tonnato (aromatic beef, served sliced, topped with tuna mayo), the pasta parcels Agnolotti Piemontesi, filled with beer-roasted pork and beef, and Bunet, a lipsmacking creamy chocolate pudding flavoured with amaretti. Many people don’t even know what fresh pasta tastes like. And proper good fresh pasta, the type you’d guzzle on some sun-soaked terrazza in Rome? Well that’s a rare beast indeed.
Little wonder, then, the Pasta Factory is so popular. Since launching on Shudehill, it’s earned a legion of fans and the rave reviews keep coming. As per its name, pasta here is made fresh onsite; with many varieties you won’t find elsewhere, from maltagliati to radiatori. You might find some more familiar types too, but never served in the way you’d expect. Want spaghetti Bolognese? Then we’d suggest you go elsewhere.
