Valentine’s Day 2021 (at home)

Every Valentine’s day we welcome you with a special menu at The Pasta Factory.

This year is not possible, but this doesn’t mean we can’t be with you.

It has been an incredible year and we are sure you all have someone to thank for the support and the unconditional love.

We make the pasta and the sauce. You can bring our St. Valentine’s special kit home and cook it in the comfort of your kitchen… or give it to someone you love.

You will find all the ingredients and the recipe to prepare it as our chefs would have done it for you. DONT’T WORRY! It’s super easy! Follow the instruction and you will get a wonderful result!

Kit includes:

Handmade beetroot ravioli (2 portions) filled with ricotta, beetroot, parmesan, pecorino romano cheese, thyme & basil.

Sauce: burrata cream, truffle butter, thyme.

Topping: parmesan shavings.
