To celebrate this special occasion, we have created 3 special dishes available from March 17th.
Starter : Crispy pillows filled with ‘nonna Anna sauce’ served with peas and Parmesan dip.
Main: button pasta filled with mushrooms, lentils and garnished with butternut squash and peashoot. Served with revisited dashi broth.
Dessert: Mimosa, sponge cake with custard cream and pineapple.

‘The Importance of Mothers'

My grandma Anna says she had the joy of motherhood twice, with her daughter and then with me, her granddaughter.
That is why I’m dedicating this menu to her and those like her that show unconditional love to their children, whatever that looks for them.
Nonna Anna was born in Poggio Nativo, a small town in the province of Rieti - Lazio. That’s where I grew up too, lucky to have history, mountains and the smell of fresh baked bread everyday.
Like most children I hated eating vegetables and so, grandma, had to come up with a recipe that I would fall in love with. Grandmas are superheroes, and like a true superhero I couldn’t stop eating her simple soup made with onions and eggs from her garden.
She used to tell me: 'today, Ramona, fantasy of Marinella'. Marinella was the hen she used to keep in the garden and where we would get fresh eggs from.
This soup has now evolved to a filling for a starter we now have on our menu at pasta factory. It still holds on to traditions and it will always remind me of home and childhood.
